The 8th annual uw戒指仪式 is open to all junior, 高级, and graduate students who have purchased an official class ring from Herff Jones or a spirit ring from other jewelers. Participants will be presented with their rings in the esteemed 道成肉身的圣堂.

After the ceremony, a celebratory toast will take place at Marjorie Jordan Carillon Plaza.

All participants are required to pre-register for the celebration by Monday, April 22, 2024. 空间有限. Event registration is free of charge for attendees and up to 5 guests.

参加戒指仪式, students can purchase an official class ring from Herff Jones or a spirit ring from other jewelers.

Rings purchased from Herff Jones will not ship directly to recipients but will be delivered for pick up at the Ring Ceremony. Ceremony orders must be placed with Herff Jones online or on campus no later than Saturday, 2月17日, 2024.

  • Monday, February 5th from 10:00am – 2:00pm (SEC Concourse)

Ring orders placed between February 1st and 2月17日 will be delivered directly to the Office of Alumni Relations. If you ordered your ring through an alternative jeweler, you will be sent instructions to drop off your ring before the ceremony.

结婚仪式的前一天晚上, class rings are placed securely 在道成肉身的圣堂里 where they stay overnight in the holy space used for significant celebrations for our founders, the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, 以及他们的部门.

第二天, the Sisters will bestow a blessing upon the rings, as well as the students and their families in attendance. 祝福之后, each student's name will be announced at the Chapel, where they will proceed to walk across the stage to receive their rings. 在这一刻之后, students are kindly requested to keep their boxes closed until the presenter directs everyone to open them simultaneously.

祝福之后, both guests and participants will proceed to the Marjorie Jordan Carillon Plaza to conclude the ceremony with a celebratory toast.

Student participant check-in will commence at 12:00 p.m. All students are required to complete check-in by 12:30 p.m. 在道成肉身的圣堂里.

All participants are asked to dress in business or church attire. Please keep in mind that you must arrive dressed for the occasion; you will not have time to change before the ceremony.

是的! We encourage you to attend the 8th Annual Ring Ceremony! This celebration is open to students who have purchased the official Herff Jones class rings and all other spirit or personal rings. The Office of Alumni Relations will contact students who would like to use spirit rings or personal rings to coordinate ring collection before the ceremony.

A: Students can register up to five (5) guests for this event.

  • There will be no facility available for storing purses or other valuables, and assistance will not be provided for these items if brought into the 道成肉身的圣堂 or Marjorie Jordan Carillon Plaza. Kindly make prior arrangements if you choose to bring such items.
  • Guest seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis and family members may not reserve or save seats for guests who are not present.
  • UIW security will remove guests who are disrespectful of others, do not comply with a request of a school official, 或者以任何方式扰乱仪式.
